Two people were killed after a car accident near Rawlins in Montana.
A Lexus was moving eastbound on Interstate 80 when at milepost 215.55, the driver couldn’t negotiate a right-hand curve in the roadway after which the Lexus hit a guardrail that was laying on the ground from an earlier crash.
The vehicle cleared both lanes, hit the concrete wing wall, flipped over, then slid under the bridge of the westbound lanes of travel.
No seatbelt or car seat was used by the victims of the crash.
Speed has been listed as a possible factor.
Montana Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
