Two people were killed in a car crash that resulted in two deaths and the closure of Interstate 95 northbound, just south of Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach, Florida for some hours on Wednesday.
The crash took place just after 1 p.m. when the car struck a traffic pole.
When the officials arrived they saw the car was engulfed.
Two people died in the crash.
The road was closed due to an investigation but was reopened by about 7 p.m.
Florida Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
