Two killed after wrong-way car crash on I-91, in Massachusetts

Two people were killed and a third person was injured after two cars crashed in the southbound lanes of I-91 in Holyoke, Massachusetts on Sunday afternoon.

A vehicle traveling the wrong way near mile marker 1e3.8 in Holyoke around 6 p.m. when it struck into a second car traveling south in the proper lane.

The drivers of both cars were pronounced dead at the scene.

One passenger was taken to hospital. Their condition was critical.

The Massachusetts State Police is yet to figure out that what caused the crash.
