Two people died and one person was injured after a crash involving four vehicles in Dorchester County, South Carolina on Friday morning.
The crash took place in the area Highway 17-Alternate near Canaan Road around 6:25 a.m.
A 2010 Ford pickup was traveling north on the highway and it crashed with a box truck that was traveling south.
After that, the pickup then crashed with a 2010 Nissan Sedan and a 2018 Nissan SUV then hit the sedan, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Drivers of Ford and Nissan Sedan were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan SUV was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
The driver of the box truck was not injured.
Both sides of Highway 17A were closed for five hours after the crash.
Identities of the involved are yet to be released.
