While Miley Cyrus is known for her music, antics and outfits, this time it’s her mother Tish and sister Noah who are under fire.
The pair are being sued over a reported car accident.
As per a new lawsuit filed by EJ Hawkins, Noah, 16, was driving a jeep with Tish, 49, in the traveler seat when their car hit the vehicle on the 101 highway in Los Angeles.
According to the website, Noah was supposedly texting when the accident took place.
He asserts he needed to be taken to hospital and has suffered physical pain, ‘loss of love, affection, friendship, comfort, society and sexual relations,’ as a result.
Hawkins has targeted Tish in the lawsuit, for allegedly letting her child to drive the automobile.
On the other hand, this year Noah revealed she is joining music industry, with the help of her vocalist dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, 54.
