One man is dead and two others were taken to hospital after a car crash at 400 South Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, Utah.
According to officials, a small passenger vehicle with a driver and a passenger was heading southbound on Redwood Road. The passenger vehicle made a left-hand turn and there was a crash with an SUV at the intersection of 400 South. The SUV was heading northbound, Wierman said.
The male passenger died in the car. The drivers of the small car and the SUV with minor injuries were taken to hospital.
The number of passengers in the SUV was not mentioned by the officials.
A medical helicopter was called following the car crash.
The cause of the crash is yet to be known.
All directions of 400 South Redwood Road were closed for a few hours.
