2013 Lexus NF-NX concept breaks cover

by SpeedLux

Lexus will unveil the strikingly angular NF-NX concept which will serve as a preview for a compact crossover production model at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show.

If we talk about the exterior styling, right from the start we can see the gigantic spindle grille with a diamond-shaped mesh which gives the car an aggressive stance. The sharp headlights feature independent daytime running lights, while the side of the car shows a black protective finish for the muscular wheel arches. At the rear there are boomerang taillights which have been detailed to project downwards to the full depth of the bumper.

The concept can be seen covered in a bespoke Brushed Metal Silver exterior paint scheme and has a driver-focused cockpit with a dark grey look contrasted by the sunrise yellow colored leather and blue instrument lightning.

The company did not reveal the technical specifications of the model but they have stated that the NF-NX would come with a new version of the company’s hybrid system which has been specifically tweaked for this concept.

We can expect more details to be out soon about the model when the same would be unveiled at the show in Germany.
