The Japanese Automaker, Mazda Motor Corporation based in Fuchu, Aki District, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, recently announced the official price of the new Mazda6 generation at the on going Paris Motor Show.
The Paris Stand was the most elegant platform where the Japanese showcased the new Mazda6 in all its different variations. And this time the Automaker announced its Pricing for the U.K., which has been pegged at 19,595 GBP ($31,636 at the current rates). It is expected that this car will be launched at U.K., in January 2013 both in Estate and Sedan forms.
About the Drivetrain the New Mazda6 will be offering, Mazda says that there will be a choice of 2 petrol engines for Russia,
1. The SkyActiv-G 2.0 liter with 148 HP (150 PS / 110 kW) and 210 Nm of peak torque (155 lb-ft), and
2. A larger SkyActiv-G with 2.5 liter, gushing out a total output of 189 HP (192 PS / 141 kW) and 256 Nm of torque (189 lb-ft).
Whereas in the U.K Mazda6 will be coming with 2 diesel Engines, either in a form of a 148 HP or maybe 173 HP, which may also again include a petrol variant of 163 HP, with six-speed automatic or a six-speed manual transmission.
Mazda will be showcasing a full fledged KODO design language for the new variants, and as per the sources it is believed that Mazda is targeting to economize the fuel efficiency at 68.9 mpg and CO2 emissions of 108g/km with its diesel engine.
