2015 BMW 1-Series spied showing modest changes

by SpeedLux

The BMW 1-Series was introduced three years ago so it comes as little surprise that the company is working on a minor facelift for their entry-level hatchback.

This specific prototype is the new M135i and it seems to feature a new front guard, a revised grille and more modest headlights. The styling editions are less notable out back but the camouflage suggests there will be a new rear bumper.

Motor options will likely include the ordinary suspects, so expect the M135i to include a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline-six that wrenches out 326 HP (240 kW) and 450 Nm (322 lb-ft) of torque.

The 1-Series facelift could be presented later this year or first months of next year, so we can hope to learn more in the coming months.
