Three members of a family were killed, and one person was injured after their car rear-ended a parked truck loaded with asphalt in Sangkha district in Thailand on Tuesday.
The crash took place near a U-turn in tambon Takhong.
Officials rushed to the scene and discovered a crashed Honda City with Ubon Ratchathani license plates, its damaged front wedged under the back of an asphalt truck with Surin license plates.
Three people were killed and one person was seriously injured.
They were trapped inside the wreckage.
One injured male was admitted to Sangkha Hospital.
Those killed have been identified as Wutthipong Sroimalun, 33, Sawat Wongrat, 72, and Supattra Wongrat, 43, who was pregnant.
The injured man is identified as Narongdet Kakphet, 26.
Officials said the four were members of the same family.
It is yet to be known what exactly caused the crash.
