Two people were killed after a car crash on northbound Interstate 81 on the west side of Hagerstown, in Maryland on Thursday.
One person was seriously injured.
The crash was reported at 8:47 p.m. and it involved a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle.
Two people from the vehicle were killed.
A third person was admitted to Meritus Medical Center.
Northbound I-81 and the ramp from eastbound U.S. 40 to northbound I-81 were closed due to the crash.
The crash is being investigated by Maryland State Police.
