Two killed after car crash on I-91 in Windsor

Two 25-year-olds were killed after a head-on car crash on I-91 in Windsor, Connecticut.

The collision was reported Friday just before 12:40 a.m.

The victims have been identified as Dominique Nicole Loiselle of Brighton and James L. Bowen of Longmeadow.

They were in the same vehicle while they were driving south on the northbound side.

Jephthe Jean-Louis of Leesburg, drove the other car, and was admitted to Hartford Hospital with minor injuries.

Exits 37 and 38 in Connecticut were closed after the crash but were later reopened.
