Rally races are dangerous for drivers, co-drivers, but for spectators too and this has already proven several times. Despite the fact that many fans died during time because a driver lost control of his car and hitted the crowd, it seems that some rally fans have not learned anything from the past and no one seems to take precautionary measures One of the most important rules is that you should avoid standing at tight corners because if something goes wrong and the driver cannot control the car, you are in very deep trouble.
Unfortunately, this Monday comes with bad news. This past weekend, the Subida a Escusa Rally 2011 that took place in Spain was the place where the latest incident happened. As usual, during race the driver of a Porsche Boxster either miscalculated or wasn’t able to turn due to the slippery conditions of the road and headed straight to the fans.
So far we have no details about serious injures, excepting that Youtube commentators noted that at least person was injured. However, we’re still looking for a news report on the incident, so stay tuned for details. Until then, watch the video below and try to learn something from their mistake.
