Buyers couldn’t think who was behind the wheel after a vehicle crashed into the Wayne Walmart on Friday.
A witness informed that she was standing in front of the shop when she saw an automobile began moving from its parking area at the front of the lot in her directions.
The lady states the vehicle slowly moved straight towards her, and she at very first thought the driver was someone she knew who was tinkering her.
That is until she saw the face of the driver was a dog’s.
The lady got out of the way, and the automobile crashed into the shop.
She states a second dog remained in the passenger seat, and after the accident that pet in some way handled to roll the window down.
The store paged the owner of the vehicle, who turned out to be a lady the witness referred to as seeming in her late 70s.
The automobile owner said she left the automobile running while she entered into the shop so the canines could remain cool, and the pet dog had actually handled the get the vehicle out of park.
A staff member with the shop said the canines were great and there was minimal damage done to both the building and car.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reacted to the scene.
The owner was able to drive the vehicle home after the crash.
