Herbie goes to Spain with VW Beetle 53 Edition

The famous yesteryear Volkswagen Beetle, is paying a special tribute to the Herbie Character from Walt Disney Movies, and this car has been made exclusively for Spain, Herbie first appeared in the film “The Love Bug” way back in 1968, which spawned several sequels over the years. And now as a tribute they have come with this Special Edition.

The Special Edition Beetle 53 gets a white paint job accentuated by Red and Blue Stripes, the Edition 53 package carries stripes, “53” number on the hood and the rear tailgate and on the bonnet, and the “Escarabajo” (Spanish for Beetle) logo on the tailgate. Standard wheels are 17-inchers, and gears can be swapped by a six-speed DSG. Tire pressure monitoring and Park Pilot parking assistance system are also part of the package, and much more.

Beetle 53 Edition with 1.2 liter, 105hp, TSI four cylinder would cost- € 22,090
Beetle 53 Edition with 1.6 liter, 105hp, TDI would cost- € 23,770
Beetle 53 Edition with 2.0 liter, 140hp, TDI would cost- € 26,150 53
Beetle 53 Edition with 2.0 liter, 140hp, TDI, 6-speed DSG would cost- € 27,980
