Mercedes has recently released a new promotional video consisting of the GLA 45 AMG, ahead of its debut at the upcoming North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).
Designed to be one of the most powerful compact crossovers ever created, the GLA 45 AMG comes equipped with a turbo charged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that is able to generate an output of 360 HP (265 kW) and 450 Nm (331 lb-ft) of torque. It is further connected to a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT dual-clutch transmission and an AMG 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. This enables the model to be able to accelerate from 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in 4.8 seconds and will be able to hit an electronically-limited top speed of 250 kmph (155 mph).
Talking about other features, the crossover also comes equipped with an aggressive body kit, an AMG sports suspension and high-performance braking system. Other highlights of the model include Artico / Dinamica sport seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and brushed aluminum trim.
The NAIAS show will start today at Detroit. So we can expect more details about the model soon, though we have to say that the model looks rather feisty in the released video.
