MINI has made public about its plans to launch the Clubman Bond Street which will be unveiled this March at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
Bearing the name of one of the shopping street in London, this new special edition of the Clubman comes with a Midnight Black metallic paint with a Cool Champagne hue for the exterior mirror caps, roof, hood stripes and lower sections of the C-pillars. It rides on a set of 17-inch twin-spoke black alloy wheels and comes with Bond Street badging.
The Inside portion contains the black/champagne theme, with carbon black “lounge leather” seats featuring deep champagne piping and stitching. The instrument panel is covered in black/carbon black leather, while additional deep champagne accents adorn the cabin.
Market demand not withstanding, the MINI Clubman Bond Street will be sold in one of the four versions: 122 HP (90 kW) for the Cooper Clubman, 112 HP (82 kW) for Cooper D Clubman, along with 184 HP (135 kW) in the Cooper S Clubman and 143 HP (105 kW) for the Cooper SD Clubman. As usual all engines are connected to a 6-speed manual, while an optional 6-speed automatic transmission is available.
This version follows the other two special editions named after areas of London: Green Park and Hyde Park.
As soon as the Geneva show concludes the vehicle will be put on sale soon thereafter.
