The Nissan GT-R SpecV is now also available across Europe, priced at £124,900 and limited to just 40 examples.
Orders are now being taken at Nissan High Performance Centres across Europe and will close on 22 January 2010, though we are sure they are all already sold out despite the big price tag.
Customers who wish to take a look at the SpecV car need to head over to new Nissan Sports showroom in the new Nürburgring complex, as this is the only location in Europe that has it on display.
Compared to the regular GT-R there is no changes done to the engine, so it still packs the same 480 horsepower. So what’s the deal with SpecV? This track oriented GT-R can brake later and harder, corner faster and accelerate sooner. Thanks to carbon fiber body parts it is 60 kg lighter than the regular GT-R.
Main highlights are a new high gear boost control device, which briefly increases boost of the twin turbochargers for greater torque in the intermediate-to-high speed ranges, carbon ceramic brake system, revised springs, fixed-rate dampers and titanium exhaust system.
Unlike the regular GT-R, the SpecV is offered uniquely as a two-seater with bespoke Recaro carbon fibre bucket seats trimmed only in black leather.
