We have been updating our readers with the latest news alerts coming from the Paris auto salon. From time to time. For the Renault fans, there is some good news in the form of the first few photographs of the completely overhauled Renault Laguna lift-back along with the Sports Tourer models. Both the models will soon join the European latitude flagship sedan, along with the other offerings from French automaker at this year’s Paris show.
The Renault Laguna fascia receives a complete facelift in the form of a new design consisting of the new eye lashing headlamps along with a completely restyled bumper. The restyled bumper would also incorporate a more prominent grille in the redesigned Laguna.
This is not the end of it; there are yet other attractions of the 2011 version of Laguna. The new Laguna features a cleaner 1.5 L DCI engine. The upgraded engine delivers a total power of 210 hp. The cleaner 1.5 L diesel engine discharges over 120 g of CO2 for every kilometer of drive. In addition, Renault’s four control four-wheel steering system would be made available on all the vehicles having the core engines ranging from DCI 130 HP to DCI 150 HP diesel engines.
The Paris motor show is scheduled to take place on September 30 and 1 October. Until then, stay tuned with us for any news alerts with respect to the Paris auto salon and of course, do not miss our complete coverage of the Paris motor show this month end.
