Toyota will use Nvidia technology for self-driving vehicles

Nvidia Corp and Toyota Motor stated the Japanese automaker would utilize Nvidia’s microchip technology to establish self-driving vehicle systems prepared for the next couple of years.

Nvidia has been in highlights recently for its continuous efforts to contribute into world of self-driving vehicles. On January this year, the company revealed a number of new partners for its efforts to bring self-driving automobiles to public roads, partners include Audi.

Nvidia obtained approval from California for testing self-driving cars in the state in December 2016.

Automobile makers around the globe are working on autonomous cars, expecting them to reinvent the industry if the technology is entirely safe.
