Two dead after car crash in Letcher County
It was around 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday when troopers were informed of a single truck crash on US-119 on Pine Mountain in Letcher County, Kentucky.
The crash resulted in the closure of a section of the road for several hours.
The crash took place when a tractor-trailer that was hauling logs traveled Northbound, failed to negotiate a curve, thus resulting in that vehicle overturning on its top.
Two people, the driver, and passenger were killed.
It is yet to be known what exactly caused the crash.
