Two people were after a car crash on U.S. Highway 50 in central Missouri on Tuesday.

The crash took place just after 12 a.m. in Moniteau County just southwest of Centertown when a vehicle carrying two people went off the left side of the highway, resulting in the driver to overcorrect and sending the vehicle off the right side of the road, where it rolled.

Victims identified as Dakota Pace, 21, and Christopher Seeger, 23, both of California, Missouri, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash for further details.
