Two people were killed and the other two were injured after a car crashed with an SUV on Tuesday night in The Woods, southwest Dallas.

Police were notified of the incident around 9 p.m. to Eagle Ford Drive and Belt Line Road.

The crash took place when a Nissan SUV and Lincoln sedan crashed.

The driver and one passenger in the Nissan were pronounced dead at the scene.

A juvenile passenger in the Nissan and the driver of the Lincoln were admitted to a hospital. Their conditions were stable.

Officials said the Nissan didn’t yield at a stop sign at Eagle Ford while trying to make a left turn. The Lincoln, traveling north on Belt Line, then hit the driver’s side of the SUV.

Identities of the victims were not released as of yet.
