Two teens killed after car crash in Deming, New Mexico

Two teens were killed after a single-vehicle crash in Deming, New Mexico on Monday.

Two 18-year-olds identified as Alexa Arely Trevizo and Amanda Marie Saenz, both of Deming, died in the rollover crash, which took place at McCan Road near Sunshine Road SE, according to the New Mexico State Police Department.

Trevizo was driving a 2006 Nissan south on McCan Road SE when the car left the roadway and rolled some times. 

Trevizo and Saenz, her passenger, were ejected from the car. Seatbelts were not being used by both.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

NMSP is figuring out more details about the crash.
