Kia readies concept for Geneva

Kia has plans to introduce a raunchy new urban concept at the Geneva Motor Show.

With its Debut in March imminent, the concept will mark Kia’s signature strong brand which will morph into a friendly grille and headlight arrangement. No other details have been made public yet, but Kia says the concept’s strong styling lines make it exude speed and energy from all angles. It is expected that the concept could turn out to be a sample one for a future Nissan Juke rival.

Both cars will be get power boost from a 1.6-liter GDI engine featuring a twin-scroll turbocharger producing 204 HP (150 kW) and 195 lb-ft (265 Nm) of torque. Mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, the cars will be able to sprint from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 7.9 seconds.

Kia officials expect that this concept would be a instant hit among car buyers and it would give them value for money.
They also feel that the concept would exceed expectations and go beyond what it takes to be a perfect car.
