New Lexus IS 300h and Refreshed LF-LC Concept to make Geneva debut

The new Lexus IS sedan debuted last month at the Detroit Auto Show and now it is to be showcased at
the Geneva Motor Show next month.

The vehicle will be exhibited in a hybrid form because of the new power transmission that combines a 2.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine running on the Atkinson cycle with an efficient electric motor.
Observers and analysts are expecting it to be offered with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) driving the rear wheels.

It is learned an updated version of the LF-LC Concept will also be debuting, dubbed as Opal Blue. It will have new large coupe model for Lexus, something lightly similar to like BMW 6-Series. Well, it will have its own Japanese luxury flavor in it. Designed in California, the car is in fact a concept with some good response of course from critics. It may be going for production very soon.

Lexus is always a trend setting and so both cars have high expectations from potential buyers.
