The Thailand-based company, 999Motorsports, has unveiled their latest project, a new track-ready sports car that’s ready to split some wigs blow the rest of us away, the Supersport.
This car is 999’s second model after the Hacker and is motivated by a mid-mounted 2.0-liter turbocharged Ecotec 4-cylinder engine, with a maximum power of 300HP and 350 Nm (258 lb/ft) of torque. This engine is mated to a five-speed sequential gearbox with a limited slip differential and reaches an output of 300 horsepower and 258 lb/ft of torque.
The Supersport comes with a tubular chassis, carbon fiber and fiberglass body. The Supersport also has 18-inch alloy monobloc wheels and 320 mm front and 285 mm rear discs with six- and four-piston calipers respectively. Beside this, its features include gaping front air intakes, an enormous rear wing, a giant rear diffuser and suspension with double wishbones, adjustable shock absorbers and roll bars all around.
As for the interior, keep in mind that it’s a track car, so it doesn’t leave much in the way of luxury features. Still it does carry elements like a carbon fiber dashboard, an LCD instrument cluster and, as expected from a rece car, it comes with a pair of racing seats with six-point harnesses.
Although the company hasn’t announced performance numbers, this shouldn’t be an issue with 300HP and just 950 kg. You can check the official technical specifications in the photo gallery below.
