Steeda, which is one of the most enceinte manufacturers of Ford performance kits, recently after the world premiere of the newly developed 5.0-liter V8 2011 Ford Mustang GT, has made an announcement about the long prognosticated pony-ride program. The Steeda officials have proudly presented the high-end program, named as 2011 Steeda Sport Edition 5.0L Mustang.

The program has delivered several significant benefits including significantly improved handling, driving dynamics and overall vehicle performance. Yet the entry level Steeda 5.0L Mustang is priced under $40,000.

The Steeda Stang boasts a sleek look with a aerodynamic hood, a sidewinder graphics, a rear aero wing. It also provides for Nitto NT05 high-performance tires within the dimensions of 275/35/20 wrapped around a set of aggressive 20-inch Spyder alloys. The Steeda sport springs provide an extraordinary secure driving experience to the graceful 5.0L Mustang.

Steeda retrofitted with the 5.0-liter 4V Ti-VCT V8 aluminum block via a specially engineered Cold Air Intake (CAI) unit. The CAI combines a state-of-the-art SCT X3 Flash Programmer, which further improves the performance output of 44 horsepower and 52 ft.lbs. to the factory 412 horses at 6,500 rpm and 390 lb.-ft. of peak torque at 4,250 rpm.
