Citroen will release some facelift versions of their current cars which will get the extra word Multispace in their names. The Berlingo and Jumpy are among these vehicles.
The new 2012 Berlingo Multispace gets a new design, whose main purpose is to give the car a more aggressive look, according to the French car manufacturer. The front side gets a larger, more rounded grid. The new LED headlights increase visibility during the day. Fog projectors can also be used to increase view distance.
The engineers have opted for the micro-hybrid e-HDI engine series for this vehicle with a manual six speed gearbox, which limit CO2 emissions to 125 g/km.
The 70 and 90 horsepower Hdi emit 135 g/km. The 110 Hdi on previous models will now be a 115 Hdi and that will increase performance. The models remain the same: Attraction, Confort, Exclusive and XTR.
The Citroen Jumpy Multispace will also be revealed simultaneously with the Citroen Berlingo Multispace
Citroen will make more information available at the Geneva Motor SHow 2012, scheduled to begin March 8th. That is when they will offer us news regarding fuel consumption, price and performance. Until then, stay tuned on speedlux.com for other Geneva Motor Show appearances.
