Toyota Motor Corporation is going further for the official reveal of its all-important 2012 Camry with the release of the second teaser photo this month.
So far we’ve seen a video of Akio Toyoda talking up his latest product, along with a shot of the headlight. After that came a first teaser – a still image of the headlight, foglight and a portion of the grille and lower fascia and this time, Toyota has brought a cropped shot of the rear end, revealing an angular tail lamp and Camry badge courtesy of a new image posted to official Twitter account of the Japanese company.
“Four all-new models will arrive before the end of the year. Leading the way, as we announced earlier this week, will be the all-new Camry and Camry Hybrid,” said Don Esmond, TMS senior vice president for automotive operations.
“Camry will usher in a new level of product excellence for the Toyota brand, designed to meet the changing needs of the 21st Century driver. The new Camry will provide technologically advanced features, a contemporary design inside and out, improved performance and refined ride and handling,” he added.
In 2011, Toyota’s plans include a redesigned Avalon sedan, the production version of its Prius c compact hybrid concept, and the Scion FR-S.
Price: is still unknown, but considering the starting price of the current model, the new one will likely to have a starting price of $22-25,000
Specs: the new Camry is scheduled for launch this fall
