The 2013 Nissan Terrano has been caught on camera without any camo just ahead of its official debut in this week.
The Terrano is based on the Dacia Duster but this revised model looks slightly a more premium version than the Romanian off-roader. The same has been possible mainly due to a reshaped bonnet, Nissan’s corporate front grille, different rims, tweaked headlights and larger taillights. Also, the pillars have been darkened while both bumpers have been revised but overall it can be clearly made out that it’s essentially a Duster with some new makeup.
The 2013 Terrano will be available with the same two power units as the car it’s based on and that includes a modest 1.6-liter gasoline engine and a 1.5-liter dCi diesel one. In terms of pricing, the company has not revealed any details about the same as of now, but we can expect that the revised model would come with a slightly higher price tag as compared to the Duster.
The car will be on sale from sometime around October this year. Production will take place in the factory located at Oragadam in India where the company already makes models such as the Micra, Sunny Sedan and Evalia.
