2014 Audi TT spied conducting final testing, to debut in March at Geneva Motor Show

The third generation of the Audi TT has been spied recently during its final testing phase ahead of a debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show to be held in March.

In these latest spy images, we can the new TT’s taillight graphics while the exterior design will likely resemble the Allroad Shooting Brake concept that was exhibited at the recently concluded North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). Audi had recently disclosed the coupe’s interior at CES in Las Vegas.

The 2014 Audi TT will utilize Volkswagen Group’s MQB platform and talking about the engine there are rumors that it will feature the familiar 1.8-liter TFSI engine with an output of 180 HP (132 kW) and 2.0-liter TFSI engine rated at 220 HP. we can also expect a more powerful TT-RS version to be equipped with a five-cylinder turbocharged engine with an output of 380 HP (279 kW).

Audi’s technical boss Ulrich Hackenberg had recently said during the event at Detroit that the new TT could spawn a crossover which would be derived from the aforementioned Allroad Shooting Brake concept.
