Cadillac has recently unveiled the Elmiraj Concept. Designed to explore the top of Cadillac’s range, the Elmiraj concept is a grand coupe that has drawn inspiration from the 1967 Eldorado and the stunning Ciel concept.

Talking about the exteriors, the front end is dominated by a massive grille which features a revised Cadillac crest that is well streamlined and tailored to the car’s overall design. The coupe also comes with a ventilated hood, vertical lighting units and 22-inch aluminum wheels that are backed up by carbon ceramic brakes.

The interiors have been given a futuristic look and come nicely equipped with high-performance seats, camel leather upholstery and Brazilian Rosewood trim which has been hand-cut into three dimensional sections for perfect control of the grain flow. Other features that form part of the cabin are a full-length center console, a retractable infotainment system with a large 10-inch touchscreen display, a high-tech instrument cluster with a transparent tachometer and speedometer that sit on top of a high resolution display that provides vehicle information.

The company didn’t have much to say about the car’s technical specifications but they did confirm that it has a twin-turbo 4.5-liter V8 engine that can generate approximately 500 hp (373 kW) and 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) of torque.
