2014 : Chevrolet points the Camaro in Transformers: Age of Extinction

Chevrolet has revealed some new details about the Camaro that will depict Bumblebee in Transformers: Age of Extinction.

As per the automaker, Michael Bay told GM’s design team to provide Bumblebee a “more aggressive and muscular” appearance for the movie. The project was taken by the North Hollywood Design Center and they made a one-off Camaro with a brand new fascia and “bulked up sides.”

The team also worked on few other cars for the movie which includes a Sonic rally car and also a Corvette Stingray that will play Crosshairs.

Some of GM facilities will appear in the film as scenes were shot at the Milford Proving Grounds, as well as the Delta Township Assembly Plant and the GM Design Center in Warren, Michigan, USA.
