2014 Hennessey VelociRaptor introduced

Hennessey Performance has recently unveiled the 2014 VelociRaptor SUV.

The 2014 VelociRaptor SUV is based on the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and comes with a new rear end which transforms the model from a pickup to an SUV. Despite having borrowed several components from the Excursion, the VelociRaptor still manages to have an attractive appearance which makes it look like it has come straight from the factory.

In terms of interior, the SUV carries over pretty much intact but Hennessey also offers a third row seat which enables the model to carry up to eight people. Customers have an option to order a communications system and executive office appointments.

Talking about the engine, the SUV can be fitted with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine that is capable of generating 600 hp (447 kW). Other options include Brembo brakes and new tires and wheels.

The company is currently accepting orders but no details have been revealed by them on the pricing front which is expected to be done soon.
