2014 Mazda3 pricing & fuel economy announced (US)

Mazda has announced the pricing for the 2014 Mazda3 in the markets United States. The model would come with a base price of $16,945 – excluding a $795 destination charge.

The entry-level model comes equipped with features such as body-color bumpers, power windows / locks, remote keyless entry, 16-inch steel wheels, tilt / telescopic steering wheel, a push-button ignition, air conditioning, sport seats and a four-speaker audio system with AUX / USB connectivity.

Moving up, the i Sport variant is priced at $18,445 ($18,945 for the hatchback) and comes with additional Bluetooth connectivity, illuminated steering wheel controls and a 60/40 split folding rear seat. Other features include cruise control, body-colored side mirrors, a CD player and a tachometer.

The next variant i Touring priced at $19,595 ($20,095 for hatchback) comes with all the aforementioned features as well as bright exterior trim, a rear spoiler and 16-inch aluminum wheels. Inside the cabin, there’s nicer upholstery, a leather-wrapped hand brake and contrast stitching on the steering wheel and shift knob.

The i Grand Touring starts at $22,745 ($23,245) and comes nicely equipped with leatherette seats, a moonroof, a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and heated front seats.
