Nissan has recently unveiled the 2014 e-NV200, ahead of its launch slated to take place at the Tokyo Motor Show.
Previewed by the e-NV200 concept, the exteriors of the production model feature a Leaf-inspired front fascia with rounded curves and blue-tinted headlights. We can also see a charging port that resides where the grille would typically be located.
Talking about the interiors, the company did not reveal pictures of the same but Nissan says that the e-NV200 will come equipped with an advanced telematics system and a rear power supply that can be used to provided power for outdoor events or emergency situations.
Specifications details were not revealed by the company but we can hint from the fact that the e-NV200 panel van concept came fitted with a lithium-ion battery and an electric motor that generated an output of 109 HP (80 kW) and 280 Nm (206 lb-ft) of torque.
The 2014 e-NV200 will go on sale next year but just in Japan initially and will eventually be sold across the world in different markets.
However details of the model are limited but we can surely expect more details to be revealed as the model is launched in the show.
