The 2014 SsangYong Korando facelifted version has been spied and this time without any camouflage and it surprisingly comes with an appealing design.
The styling of SsangYong has not been among the best and that can be judged from the Rodius. But now it seems things are about to change as the facelifted Korando looks quite impressive and is without any doubt the firm’s most attractive car till date.
The revised model comes with a sharper front fascia which looks modern thanks to those angular headlights and the inclusion of LED daytime running lights. The front grille has also been reworked and it now comes with sharp edges and sports a thin strip of chrome running along its entire length. Minor tweaks have been given to the front bumper and fog lights as a part of the package, while the taillights have also gone through some revision. The interior cabin features an extended center console with a touchscreen display, along with several faux wood inserts and silver trim.
Power will be derived from the same 2.0-liter diesel engine (depending on the market) developing 149 hp (111 kW) and 175 hp (130 kW). The engine can be mated to either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission.
