2015 Audi TT spied for the first time

by SpeedLux

The 2015 Audi TT has been recently caught on the camera undergoing testing in Germany.

Heavily camouflage, the model now comes with an evolutionary design that closely mirrors its predecessor. Despite this, the car can be distinguished as it has a sportier appearance thanks to angular headlights, a prominent grille and a rakish windscreen. We can also see flared wheel arches and a dual exhaust system.

There are no details available as of now about the engine options but we can expect the model to come fitted with a 1.8-liter TFSI producing 180 HP (132 kW) and a 2.0-liter TSFI generating an output of 220 HP (162 kW) and 300 HP (221 kW). There could also be a range-topping TT-RS with an upgraded turbocharged five-cylinder engine that would produce 380 HP (279 kW).

In spite of the fact that the new model will be more powerful, the 2015 TT is expected to be lighter as it will ride on the MQB platform which already underpins the Audi A3 and Volkswagen Golf VII.

Well we hope more details to be revealed soon about the model as it has already created some excitement among the car fans and lovers.
