The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS facelifted model has been caught on camera yet again, ahead of its scheduled reveal in the late 2014.
The current generation of the CLS went on sale at the beginning of the year 2011 and so Mercedes-Benz decided to give some facelift to the model. The facelifted is expected to reach the dealerships in early 2015. We do not expect a lot of changes to happen in terms of design as all styling tweaks will be reserved to the front fascia where the four-door coupe will get some new features such as a new bumper, grille and headlights.
An important point to note here is that it will most likely be the first U.S. Mercedes-Benz model to feature a 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission gearbox which will be available in at least one engine combination, as informed by the company insider.
There are also chances that the CLS Shooting Brake facelift will be launched together with the regular version towards the end of next year probably as the 2015MY model.
As of now we will have to wait for more details to be revealed by the company about the model before the launch in the coming year 2014.
