3 individuals killed after car crashes in Winter Haven

3 individuals were killed early Saturday morning after a car crashed into a tree and ignited (caught fire) near Winter Haven, Florida, United States.

It took place around 3:30 a.m. at the crossway of Spirit Lake Road as well as Sheffield Road.

When they arrived at the scene they found the motor vehicle swallowed up in fires, Polk County Fire Rescue said.

After placing the fire out, firemans located three individuals dead inside the vehicle.

Deputies have not revealed the names of the sufferers. The crossway is closed as the Polk County Constable’s Office checks out.
