A car sold hours earlier struck into a group of people who were watching vehicles race on Allentown street in Pennsylvania on Friday.
Three pedestrians were injured.
One victim suffered broken bones and internal injuries after he was hit with such force.
Police found an unoccupied, disabled Honda Civic having no license plate but said they knew who was driving the car.
Officials charged Jorge Ramon Torres, 24, of Allentown, with felony aggravated assault by vehicle, and accidents involving personal injury while not properly licensed.
Torres is currently in custody and awaiting arraignment in Lehigh County Central Booking..
