Recently the new BMW X1 sDrive20d EfficientDynamics Edition has been unveiled as a more fuel-efficient option for European buyers, but now the German car maker BMW has revealed the official specs and we can show them to you.
The X1 sDrive20d EfficientDynamics Edition model takes its power from a four cylinder engine that delivers a total of 163 HP, while the average fuel consumption is of 4.5 liters/100 km with a CO2 emission of only 119 grams per kilometer.
This new model will also have brake energy regeneration, Auto Start Stop function, electromechanical power steering, a disengageable air-conditioning compressor, and tires with reduced rolling resistance. The gear-shift point indicator, which is offered as standard, was adapted to go well with the new engine features. It also has a longer rear axle drive ratio and comes with specific light alloys in the Streamline design.
Beginning this fall, there will be ten model variants in the BMW X1 lineup: five will have characteristic BMW power transmission to the rear wheels and five will have the electronically controlled four-wheel drive system xDrive. The BMW X1 lineup will include three petrol and four diesel power units with power ranging from 143 to 245 HP.
In the future, buyers can opt for the BMW Individual roof rail system High Gloss Shadow Line as a separate feature and not just together with the M Sport Package for the BMW X1.
