All-New 2013 Lexus GS Showing Its Skills [Video]

So far we have seen many spy shots and talked a lot about the rumors that were aimed the new Lexus GS. We also know it’s coming to Pebble Beach in just under a month’s time. The company has already handed out engineering samples of the 2012/2013 Lexus GS 350 to select portions of the automotive press and we also saw a video released by Lexus of Europe.

The previous video reveals almost nothing new for us, because we’ve seen a plenty of pictures with this car, but now we can see this car in action. Beside this, it also gives us a decent look at the front and rear lighting, though it’s veiled in a sheet of plastic-camouflage. Just as we expected, it looks like the LF-Gh-inspired bodywork is staying largely intact.

The 2012 GS will take many of its styling cues from the Lexus LF-Gh concept that bowed at the 2011 New York Auto Show in April. We have presented some time ago a series of sy shot and even in these pictures, we could see that the LED running lamps up front were left intact, along with the unique grille shape and arched lower air intake openings.
This new model, GS is heading to market to compete with recently-launched rivals from BMW, Mercedes and Audi.

For now we do not have the official specifications, but with roughly the same dimensions, we expected this car to use an updated version of the 292-bhp 3.5-liter V-6 engine and CVT automatic transmission found in the GS 450h.

You can watch the latest video below and you can also check out the photo gallery, were you can see the latest spy pictures with this car.
