Aston Martin is celebrating centenary year and they have decided to do so in style by unveiling the CC100 concept as part of the celebrations.

The concept is a tribute to the company’s 1959 DBR1 racer which won at Le Mans and has a classic two-seat speedster configuration with modern AM styling cues. It comes with features such as a carbon fiber body work and a 6.0-liter V12 engine connected to a six-speed automated manual gearbox. The car can accelerate to 0-62 mph (0-100 kmph) in just under four seconds and comes with electronically-limited top speed of 180 mph (290 kmph).

The car approximately has a length of 4.5 meters and width of around 2 meters, with an estimated curb weight of less than 1,200 kg (2,645 lbs). The concept was developed and built in period of less than six months at the global headquarters of the company in Gaydon, UK.

Aston Martin
has built just one unit of the CC100 till
p now and it appears that it has already been sold for an estimated price tag between 770,000 USD and 1,540,000 USD.
