BMW claims its xDrive AWD system is better than Audi’s Quattro system

by Alex

The tussle between BMW and Audi is an ongoing and quite well known one. In the latest take, BMW has ridiculed Audi’s Quattro system in the process of promoting its very own xDrive system. The xDrive incidentally is celebrating 25 years of existence on all the vehicles of its make.

A video of the xDrive feature is best to explain all about it. The video here depicts the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. During the incline drive the BMW is able to make the climb quite easily while the Audi has to grapple with effort to make the climb. However, it is to be borne in mind that the video has been made by BMW as a promotional idea, so being judgmental with just this video may not be very right.
