BMW M4 Coupe arrives in Gran Turismo 6 (video)

For those who do not have the patience to get behind the wheel of the BMW M4 Coupe, they would be glad to know the model has been launched in Gran Turismo 6.

Available as an update currently, the digital model promises to drive just like the real thing as Polyphony Digital was given special access to the car during its development. To help to celebrate the car’s release, Polyphony Digital has created a new BMW M4 Coupe Superlap Challenge which takes place on the circuit of Nürburgring Grand Prix. The challenge is described as a “seasonal event” and will only be available until December 26th.

According to BMW M GmbH President Dr Friedrich Nitschke, the BMW M4 Coupe is sportier as it takes motor sport technology from the race track to the road, and thousands of laps of the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife which is the world’s most demanding race track have readied the new model for that transition. He further said that he was very much looking forward to seeing how it looks and feels in Gran Turismo on the same circuit.
