BMW X6 Performance Unlimited: A Special Edition exclusively for Japan

There is a modified BMW X6 that has been revealed in Japan. Named the BMW X6 Performance Unlimited, this one is built keeping the X6 xDSerive35i as its base. A number of performance tweaks have been added by individual divisions of BMW to this model that would be offered in just 20 number of car units.

This would be available only for the Japanese market. It would have a silver pearl body color and fitted out with the BMW Performance aero-kit. The kit includes a new front bumper and rear diffuser. The grilles would be blacked out and kidney shaped and a new set of side skirts added. The exterior modification also includes 21 inch alloy wheels shod in chunkier sport tires as well as windows that are darkened.

The interior has aluminum pedal set along with special leather seats and a brushed aluminum trim as well as number plaque.

However, the engine continues to be the same 306 hp turbocharged straight six cylinder with no changes to it.

Price tag for this limited number of cars would be 9,450,000 Yen which translates to about US$108,400 or €86,300.
