Built in partnership with Königliche Porzellan-Manufatur Berlin (KPM), the Bugatti Veyron L’Or Blanc is the first car in the world to feature the finest porcelain on its body, as well as in its cabin. Following the initial images, today we can show you a video from Frankfurt Motor Show, where this beauty made its appearance.
“L’Or Blanc” means “white gold” in French and is obvious how important is this expression for designers of this car which is almost a jewelry, a real work of art. The porcelain treatment isn’t applied only to the exterior, but also to the interior, which keeps the same white and soft theme, except the dashboard, which is blue.
Bugatti says that the partnership with Königliche Porzellan-Manufatur Berlin (KPM) will continue for a long time, as its designers received a lot of inspiration from porcelain painting.
“At first, it seems to be an unusual idea to use porcelain in a car, especially in the world’s fastest convertible,” comments Dr. Stefan Brungs, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bugatti Automobiles. “But this is what Bugatti stands for: the realization of exceptional ideas whilst striving for the utmost in quality and aesthetics. This allows us to continue Ettore Bugatti’s heritage, who himself loved to experiment with new materials.”
In this world, everythig has a price and this work of art costs 1.65 milion euros, cheap enough for a rich man who loves the jewelry and wants one in his garage.
