Images of the upcoming Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera Berlinetta Lusso have happened to hit the World Wide Web. This is the first time ever that images of the vehicle hit the internet and they are very revealing, to say the least. The images have been leaked prior to the upcoming Geneva Motor Show event that is scheduled to start on March 3 this year.
As can be seen on the leaked images, the car is going to take advantage of the platform that the Italian automaker, Ferrari, uses for its F12 Berlinetta. However, that platform will be put into combination with some sorts of a rather retro looking style. It also seems that each and every single one of the body panels of the vehicle has been treated with a replacement from the original one.
Stepping into the cabin of the vehicle, it has a really close resemblance to that of the original Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. As a matter of fact, one can almost see no changes whatsoever on the interior. To begin with, the interior is decorated with a 2-tone leather upholstery. In addition to that, the car will also feature a silver trim and sill plates with the Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera branding.
So far, details regarding the engine that the car will be packing under its hood are still very scarce. However, just as a kind reminder, the original Ferrari F12 Berlinetta packs a 6.2L V12 engine. This engine works in conjunction with a dual clutch transmission (DCT) system and it spits out 740 PS and 690 Nm of power and torque, respectively. Thanks to such engine configuration, the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta requires only 3.1 seconds to go from a complete standstill to the speed of 100 km/h. As for the top speed, it is rated at 340 km/h.
